His 35 years of professional experience in building and managing national and international retail sales organizations helps achieve these goals.

He finds his inner peace and relaxation within his family circle and by cultivating his hobby, the study of Far Eastern philosophies (Daoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism).

As a board member, Adrian Weiß brings his many years of leadership experience as an expert in leadership and management, along with his visionary strategic skills, to the CUCO Lohnsteuerhilfeverein e.V. It is important to him to develop a modern value and corporate culture that responds to changes in the market to achieve the association's goals together. Previously, Adrian Weiß worked for statutory health insurance funds, among other things as a managing director, and as a board member for a tax assistance association.

The CUCO Lohnsteuerhilfeverein e. V. is structured according to the principles of a business process organization. Adrian Weiß is responsible for the market-oriented processes in advertising and communication for the association, the acquisition of members and branch managers, as well as the acquisition and support of cooperation partners.

His leadership style is characterized by visionary thinking, partnership collaboration, and a clear focus on results. He relies on a work environment that promotes personal responsibility and independence while simultaneously fostering the individual motivation of every employee for the shared visionary goals of the association.

Adrian Weiß places particular importance on the combination of technology and value-oriented leadership. He likes to actively use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize corporate processes and develop new innovative ways of working. The focus is on a transparent, ethical use of AI that serves as support for human competence.

Outside of his professional commitments, Adrian Weiß is dedicated to social issues and is involved, among other things, in supporting refugee families as well as in social projects of the city and church. Family and sports are also central elements in his life.
