4. Processing when Visiting our Website

4.1 Log Files

When you access our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

The following information gets recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

The mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability as well as for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above.

4.2 Cookies & Web Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Ireland Limited. We only use this service with your explicit consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can manage and revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website. Data processing through cookies helps us to analyze user behavior in anonymized form in order to improve our offer.

You can adjust your cookie preferences via the corresponding cookie banner or your browser's security settings.

5. Contacting Us and Chat Function

When you contact us (e.g. via contact form, email, telephone, or via the integrated chat), the information provided will be processed to handle the contact request and its processing according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR (in the context of pre-contractual/contractual relations) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR (other inquiries).

For contact forms and chat history, we use third-party providers (n8n) based on our legitimate interests in fast and efficient communication. Data is transmitted securely.

6. Membership and Tax Assistance Applications

If you apply for membership or wish to become a branch manager, we collect and process the data necessary to evaluate and establish the association relationship or employment relationship. This includes master data, contact data, and corresponding professional/financial information necessary to provide income tax assistance services.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures).

7. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

We do not transmit your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • You have given your explicit consent.
  • Disclosure is necessary for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims.
  • There is a legal obligation to disclose data (e.g., to tax authorities).
  • This is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

8. Hosting and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

Our website is hosted with external providers to ensure secure, fast, and efficient provision of the online offer (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). The hosters process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties, and visitors.

9. Deletion of Data / Storage Period

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for its processing ceases to apply, provided that no statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax or commercial law) conflict with this.

10. Your Rights as a Data Subject

10.1 Right to Confirmation and Access

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether data concerning you is being processed, and to receive information about this data, as well as a copy of the data in accordance with statutory provisions (Art. 15 GDPR).

10.2 Right to Rectification and Erasure

You have the right to demand the immediate correction of incorrect data concerning you or the completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR). Furthermore, under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR, you can request the erasure of data.

10.3 Right to Restriction, Portability, and Objection

You have the right to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to future processing of your data at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).

10.4 Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw consents granted with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

10.5 Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

This data protection declaration is currently valid and dated: March 2026.
