Do you want to take on responsibility and actively participate in building a modern, digital wage tax assistance association? Then we are looking for you as a State Organization Manager (m/f/d) for the federal state of Baden-Württemberg.
Your Tasks
- Establishment, support, and further development of the advice centers in the respective federal state
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the regional team
- Supporting the branch managers in organizational, technical, and sales-related questions
- Recruiting new branch managers and cooperation partners
- Development and implementation of regional sales and growth strategies
- Participation in digital projects and processes
- Representing the association at regional events
Your Profile – Legal & Professional Requirements
- Fulfillment of the legal requirements according to § 23 StBerG for working in an income tax assistance association
- At least 3 years of practical professional experience in tax law
- Experience in managing an own advisory office, ideally within a tax assistance association
- Leadership experience and a passion for team development
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and conflict resolution ability
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Confident handling of digital work processes
